Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ('T&Cs') govern all services offered by Elite Concierge Global SAS to its members and clients. Any subscription to our services implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Contracting Parties

Service Provider:Elite Concierge Global SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with capital of €100,000, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 987 654 321, with registered office at 12 Avenue Montaigne, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter “Elite Concierge Global” or “the Company”).

Client:Any individual or legal entity who subscribes to a membership or orders a service from Elite Concierge Global (hereinafter “the Client”). The Client declares to be of legal age and have full legal capacity to contract.

2. Deposit Policy — 50% Upfront Deposit

Essential Condition

For any service with a total value exceeding €1,000 incl. VAT, a 50% deposit of the total amountis required upon booking confirmation. This deposit conditions the commencement of our team's bookings and arrangements.

The remaining balance (50%) is due no later than 48 hours before the service date, unless a different written agreement is specified in the quote. For annual memberships, the full amount is due upon subscription.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email to contact@eliteconcierge.global) with acknowledgement of receipt. The date of receipt of this email shall be the reference date.

Company-initiated cancellation: In the event of cancellation at our initiative (excluding force majeure), the Client will be fully refunded within 14 business days. In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, terrorist act, government prohibition, etc.), Elite Concierge Global will propose a postponement or credit note.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws, consumers benefit from a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract for distance purchases. This right does not apply to fully executed services or bespoke, personalized services.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Euros (€), exclusive and inclusive of applicable VAT. Custom quotes are valid for 30 calendar days. Payments are accepted by SEPA bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to first contact our customer service at contact@eliteconcierge.global. EU consumers may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. The courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
